Which skips have been out too long?
Skips past their due day are a chase list, oldest first, with the customer’s number beside each.
Which skip is this call about?
Search by address, street or customer to find the skip, its size, when it went and who took it. A collection booked from the call is paired to its delivery, so nothing is collected or counted twice.
What is actually in the yard?
Stock per size, worked out from what went out and what came back — so when the office books an 8-yard delivery for Thursday, the book already knows whether there will be an 8-yarder to send.
Did it really happen?
The driver marks each stop done from their phone — a page in the browser, nothing to install — with photos and a signature where you want them. The skip is out the moment the delivery is marked, and back the moment the collection is.
The record follows the skip back through the yard.
Weighed
The collection goes over the bridge and the weight, with what was in it, lands on the same job.
Recorded
The waste receipt is built from the job's own details — carrier, site, container, codes.
Invoiced
Every job shows whether it has been billed, so nothing is invoiced twice and nothing is missed.
