Drag the day's work onto the lorries. Every lane is timed on real road journeys from your yard, with the trips back to tip and reload, and a missed agreed time is flagged as you go.

Every load that comes back is weighed against its job, and the receipt is ready for Defra with the EWC code on it. Nothing goes to Defra until you send it.

Every job and every customer.

Every job whatever day it is on, and one record per customer however many sites they have. Customers get a page of their own too.

Invoice what's done.

Invoices are raised from finished work, one per customer, with the report and photos from site when the driver sent them. They go across to Xero as drafts for you to approve, and there is a plain CSV too.
