1Booked
By phone, from your website, or from the spreadsheet you use today. Whichever door it comes through, the job lands on the same book with the same default day, the customer and the site already known.
2On the board
Deliveries, collections and exchanges in front of you in one lane a lorry, timed on real road journeys from the yard, with the agreed windows and the empties you actually have beside them. You put each stop where you want it.
3Driven
Each driver opens their run in their phone's browser — nothing to install — marks stops done with photos and a signature, and it keeps working through a dead spot.
4Weighed
The collection comes over the bridge and the weight lands on the job, split into what was in the skip: several waste codes on one receipt, each with its own route.
5Recorded
The waste receipt is built from what the job already holds — carrier, site, container, codes — and Defra's file is produced for the batch, one a day rather than one a skip.
6Invoiced
Uninvoiced work is a list, not a memory. Raise the invoice, take the payment, hand the rest to Xero — and the job knows it has been billed.

Bring your own book as it is — whatever the columns are called. SkipDeck works out which column is the address, the size, the date and the price, shows you what it decided, and writes nothing until you have confirmed it. The skips already out become the skips-out list; the customers become the customer book.
Where the waste paperwork stands, plainly. SkipDeck builds Defra’s receipt-of-waste spreadsheet for you and reads their reply back in, and that route is complete and in use. Direct filing to Defra’s service is built and Defra granted it production access on 10 September 2026; it is switched on for your firm once you have your own Defra API code.
